On Saturday, July 11th, I will meet up with some truly inspiring young women. They are part of #GirlsGearingUp 2020, a program that helps girls from diverse backgrounds build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. We will sit around the virtual campfire, share our journeys, and discuss how we can change our communities. I’m excited to be a part of this! 17 Likes
How much of a difference does a brand voice make? Well it helps you sound human. But your brand voice should be dynamic and not something on the shelf you only think about from time to time. More good brand advice tips right here: #HRPunks#LifeAtSAP Likes
Following from afar while still on vacation and getting excited to join #prideatsap#pridemonth celebrations next week. The program looks amazing!!! It's never been more important to hear the stories of people's lives to create empathy and humanize "the other". Looking forward to seeing everyone's COLORS.
A new tree signifies hope and opportunity. At SAP, we are deeply committed to fighting climate change, and, with your help, making a difference for our future. To accelerate SAP’s efforts of planting 5 million trees by 2025, we will plant one tree for every “like” this message receives and three trees for every share. Our goal is to achieve 21,000 trees for Climate 21. Join us in turning small gestures into big change: Like and share!

Emotions poured today for everyone of us in HR globally while we listen to our Chief HR Officer, Stefan Ries, say his farewell message.
I highly admire this leader so I thought I’d share my story.
This photo was taken at the airport. I was part of the welcome and send-off party during his 3rd visit in Manila. His last day was also my birthday and I may have mentioned innocently to our other HR leaders visiting from Singapore that I wish we can have a selfie. But, the day was simply packed! It was almost impossible.
We rushed to the airport that day and although we were on the car together I did not have the courage to ask for a photo. In my mind, maybe he’s too tired, will I look unprofessional, etc. At the airport, I knew I totally lost my chance at the security check. Then while standing in line he turns to me and says smiling, “Would you like a selfie?”
With that, please excuse the huge grin on my face. I know he was tired and ready to go but someone told him it was my birthday, to have a selfie with me, and he actually remembered.
Stefan, huge thanks from everyone of us in Manila! To this day I believe you have put Philippines in the SAP map. Enjoy the days ahead and all the best wishes! Know that you are a legend and a superstar in our books! #HRPunks#HRdirectAPJ 18112 Likes
I've been an intern on SAP's Global HR Communications team for six months now, and I've had a fantastic experience. I've learnt and grown so much and have met some truly amazing people.
Thank you to my team and everyone who's part of the iXp program - I appreciate all of you!
