While in Walldorf facilitating an #innovation workshop...a chance encounter with SAP’s Chief HR Officer Stefan Ries, and Head of Talent, Leadership & Learning Dr. Wolfgang Fassnacht! This is a special day for me!
What gets me excited about this kind of recognition is all the SAP people that work behind the scenes to ensure #diversity and #inclusion are priorities. To all my fantastic women, your hard work is appreciated so let’s celebrate this! Great job to everyone and let’s continue to improve our culture! #LifeAtSAP Likes

Couldn't agree more with these insights about the importance of trust and flexibility in the employee-employer relationship. Today is the #InternationalDayofPeace. A call to observe a day of non-violence and peace around the world. This year with the public health crisis, we have a very real reminder that a crisis affecting one part of the world can easily impact everyone on the planet. Let’s stand together and continue the dialogue of what we want the future to look like, without leaving anyone behind. #peaceday#UN75 Likes
