Dear HR Punks, Colleagues, Partners, Customers and Friends,
Today is a very emotional day for me:I am leaving SAP.
I highly appreciate having had the opportunity to work and partner with all of you. And I am deeply thankful for the almost two decades filled with experiences and all the incredible memories that come with it.
But most of all, I am proud. Proud of our joint HR Transformation over the last years proven by facts, figures and recognition. Proud of the impact and success resulting from this. Proud of the outstanding business support we deliver every day. Proud of the difference we make at SAP, for our customers and for our partners. Without all of you, we would not be where we are today - a true benchmark HR organization globally!
A great HR organization like SAP’s has and will continue to make a difference. And I know that SAP HR will continue to question the status quo, to disrupt, to innovate, and to surprise our customers internally and externally with the best consumer experience.
It has been an honor to serve this global team. And an honor to collaborate with customers and partners all across the world. Thank you for your trust and the journey together.
