Innovating HR with a bit of Punk!

let´s punk hr together!

HR has the ability to transform the entire workforce at any organization.

Studies show that many of our jobs today did not exist 10 years ago. Imagine: 65% of children entering school now will one day work in jobs we don’t even know about yet*. And this development is accelerating day by day. What does this mean for businesses and the future of work?
How can the transformation be kick-started?

The Future of Work Pop-Up Lab is the place to come for answers. It is a fresh format intended as an innovation catalyst for businesses looking to embrace digital technologies and their potential for transformation.

“HR is transforming from a dusty, operational back-office function into a leader of change and organizational success. This shakeup is only possible with a bit of punk, thinking outside the box, and the digitalization that offers new opportunities to all of us.”

Stefan Ries

Chief Human Resources Officer
Member of the Executive Board, SAP SE

THE LAB

The Lab offers participating companies a unique space in which to innovate HR with low risk, shared costs and enriched knowledge from the experiences of other highly motivated HR professionals.

In the Future of Work Pop Up Lab, we want to experience together the working culture that promotes innovation in organizations.

But why punk? The Lab has been initiated by the SAP HR Punks: All activities are based on an intentionally disruptive and innovative mindset with the aim of challenging the status quo and taking untrodden paths.

“The Lab is an innovation catalyst for companies who want to ignite change and transform HR. Since 2018, we have been to more than 50 companies and presented to over 1,000 visitors on our Explore the Future of Work tour. We have used the feedback we received on our visits to devise this new format.”
